The Skalodrom.Ru team completed another project - this is the construction of a climbing wall for a garage.
In this project, we had to solve several problems at the same time: to use the garage space to its fullest extent, since the room is small; to make many different elements that will be interesting for a child, since the customer wanted to build the climbing wall for his child; and we needed to create a universal shock-absorbing coating that could provide insurance for climbing.
Of course, we started with the layout, we drew the project to the details, so that we could immediately understand how many and what elements we could put into such a small room. The project is ready – the work has begun!
We planned a whole climbing complex in the garage, which consisted of 7 different zones - and we did it!
Another task was safety - the angles and forms of the climbing wall are universal - therefore, we decided to create a shock-absorbing coating (pads) ourselves - we did this work for the first time – wу actually made it!
And now the climbing wall is ready! The complex is stationary; it is installed in an existing room and is attached to load-bearing elements of the building. The complex consists of 8 (eight) areas connected with each other:
- The main climbing wall;
- The curved staircase;
- The thematic wall;
- The Pegboard;
- The monkey bar;
- The Flying saucer;
- The Grid;
- The Swing;
The complex is intended for recreational climbing.
The special shock-absorbing coating is used for insurance purposes.
Natural, wood-like color was chosen the climbing wall.
